Eva Fraser Facial Fitness Teacher Training:

The Eva Fraser studio came into being in 1989, based in Kensington, London. It was here that the first teacher training course for facial fitness in the world began.

At our training course, you will learn how to achieve and teach the amazing results of the Eva Fraser Facial Fitness System, starting with basic movements, and working up to the advanced stages.

The teacher training course in Ireland will take place at our Windy Heights Studio in Wexford. Your Practitioner Teacher is Elaine Dowling, who was taught directly in this method by Eve Fraser, and is the only official provider of the system in the country.

The course is, first and foremost, a personal experience, open to Beauty Therapists, Yoga and Pilates teachers, and to all people who are enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.

Training & Duration:

The training course is taught over a period of 10 days, spread over five to six weeks. Students must attend all days of training.

Training is intensive so that each individual acquires a full knowledge of our facial fitness method, which can only be achieved through commitment and proficiency in the exercises.

Trainee Teachers will learn all fours levels of the Eva Fraser programme, and will receive tuition in nutrition and facial musculature.

Trainee teachers will practice 1:1 sessions with fellow trainees and practice facilitating a group class.

Achievement & Assessment:

A diploma will be awarded to students who have achieved the necessary high standards in the training. The diploma will be awarded by the Eva Fraser Academy.

Trainee Teachers will be required to demonstrate proficiency of all four levels before completing training and complete a short questionnaire.

Those who successfully complete training will be able to host their own 1:1 sessions with clients and host group classes.

Cost of Training:

Tuition fees are €2,500 plus vat. A deposit of €500 is required to secure a place on the training course.

50% of the deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the commencement of the course.  After that date the deposit is non-refundable.

All fees must be paid in full 2 weeks in advance of course commencing.
